Phone call

We will give you a call to talk about your project, our services and what we can do for you. We have various service packages to suit all budgets.

Needs and options review (optional)

Depending on your project, you could opt for this option between phone call and first meeting.

It will help you discover all the possibilities of your property and the best way to add value to your property.

First meeting and survey

One of our experts will visit you and take a survey, suggest some ideas and talk with you about the project.

Planning drawings and permissions

We will create planning drawings based on our meeting. Depending on the package you choose, this is when changes can be made. After changes planning will be submitted.

Structural side

Once planning is approved, our structural engineers will proceed with the structural calculations.

Ashley grew up in West London and moved to Brighton when he started a family with his wife Ann. They now have three teenage daughters and have settled on the south coast. Ashley is a family man with an enormous passion for people and buildings. One of his favourite quotes is from Winston Churchill – ‘we shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us’.
