Phone call: we will have a chat about you want from your home extension, of loft/garage conversion. We can then explain how Swoon Architecture can help you
Needs and Options Review: this is an optional stage, but extremely valuable in the long run. We visit your site and run a comprehensive evaluation to build a written plan.
Meeting and survey: one of our team will meet you, take a survey, and discuss the extension or conversion project
Planning drawings and permissions: we design and create planning drawings according to the discussions so far. Once any changes have been made, the plans are submitted
Structural: Once planning has been approved, structural calculations are made in-house by our expert structural engineers and work on your loft conversion, your garage conversion, or your house extension can begin!
